Regardless of the size of your organization, development professionals inevitably find themselves with the need for a well-rounded and robust human resources education.  In this seminar, we will guide participants through essential, foundational learning, including hiring, ongoing employment, and end of employment.  This activities-filled day will provide ample opportunity to discuss existing personnel challenges, provide written templates and samples, and numerous best-practices strategies to support attendees in navigating their people-management responsibilities.

Presented by: Amy Wolfe, MPA, CFRE and Natalie Gupton, MPA, CFRE

Amy Wolfe, MPA, CFRE, is a partner in Mujeres Poderosas, a collaboration of hard-working, determined, and passionate women sharing their collective wisdom for the betterment of non-profit organizations.  She has nearly twenty years of non-profit development experience. She, her husband, and their daughter enjoy country life in California.
