This deep dive takes you beyond data and storytelling to provide truly meaningful experiences for your donors that will inspire generosity and loyalty. We will specifically address how to do this with your quarterly appeals, holiday cards, events, and tours. And to ensure you are able to facilitate all of these new ideas, we will finish our time together by constructing a feasible implementation plan.

Attendees will learn:

  • The significance of making every experience meaningful for their donors.
  • The difference between one way and two way donor interactions.
  • How meaningful moments inspire generosity and loyalty.
  • How to create these types of experiences in quarterly appeals, holiday cards, events, and tours.
  • How to create a plan to ensure they are able to implement these new concepts.
