1:00-2:00 PM Eastern | Presenters: Melissa Berliner and Andy Brommel - Campbell & Company
A campaign can be a defining moment—but only if your organization is ready to make the most of it. In this practical webinar, we’ll walk through a campaign readiness “checkup” that helps you ask the right questions before you commit to a plan.
Drawing on lessons from hundreds of campaigns—from billion-dollar comprehensive efforts to first-time campaigns—we’ll look at the most important readiness factors:
- Is your vision compelling enough to inspire extraordinary gifts?
- How ready is your team, and where do you need to build staff capacity?
- How strong is your pipeline, and how clear is your path to goal?
- Are your operations ready to support the next level?
In each area, we'll call out the green lights, yellow flags, and warning signs to watch for--so you can walk away with a clearer sense of where you stand, where to focus and how to best prepare.
