Joyce is the Immediate Past Chair of the AFP Global Ethics Committee and is a member of the AFP Foundation Fundraising Board.

A member and past chair of the AFP Ethics Committee, she is currently CO-Chair of The AFP Code of Ethic Review Task Force. Committed to community service, she is a Rotarian, and volunteer with three community organizations.
