Greg Berry, Senior Director of Information Systems, Mass Audubon
Greg Berry brings over 25 years of IT leadership experience to his role as Senior Director of Information Systems at Mass Audubon. Since 2020, he has led a team of eight professionals supporting the technology needs of more than 650 staff across Massachusetts. Greg is a Project Owner for Mass Audubon’s Salesforce CRM implementation, guiding the organization through a transformative shift in how it manages relationships and data.

Throughout his career, Greg has held senior roles in nonprofit, healthcare, government, and education sectors, including positions at Partners In Health and the Boston Housing Authority. He has successfully led large-scale system migrations, data modernization efforts, and global technology deployments. His expertise spans enterprise systems, data infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services (Microsoft 365 and Azure), and CRM platforms.

Greg holds an MBA from Boston University and a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Accounting from Husson University. Known for his collaborative leadership style, Greg focuses on empowering users and leveraging technology to advance mission-driven work.

Mike Kirkpatrick, Principal Strategy Consultant, Heller Consulting
Mike brings deep expertise in nonprofit marketing, online fundraising, and digital strategy from his years at the Canadian Cancer Society, where he tackled complex systems at a national scale. His experience spans over two decades in strategic and technical leadership roles across nonprofit and higher education sectors.

A frequent speaker at nonprofit and tech conferences, Mike also served as a fundraising Board Member for his local animal shelter—giving him firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities faced by smaller organizations.

Natalie Harvey, Senior Strategy Consultant and Project Manager, Heller Consulting
Natalie has a rich background in nonprofit operations and digital engagement. She’s led content and strategy efforts for organizations like Wave Hill, The Nature Conservancy, and Mission Investors Exchange, helping them amplify their thought leadership and impact.
