Association of Fundraising Professionals Newfoundland and Labrador is now accepting nominations for Spirit of Philanthropy Awards
The Association for Fundraising Professionals Newfoundland and Labrador Chapter is now accepting nominations for the 2020 Spirit of Philanthropy Awards. The seven awards celebrate individuals, businesses and organizations that demonstrate outstanding commitment and leadership to philanthropy throughout the Province. We will be celebrating award recipients in November using a virtual format this year, in light of COVID-19 restrictions. We will have more information on the virtual awards presentation in the upcoming weeks.
This year’s nomination categories include:
“We strongly encourage everyone to nominate a person or group who works tirelessly in their local community to impact an organization or group,” said Emily Geary, President of Association of Fundraising Professionals Newfoundland and Labrador. “The Spirit of Philanthropy Awards provides an opportunity for non-profit organizations, professionals, volunteers, service organizations across the Province to acknowledge and celebrate their philanthropic partners, staff and volunteers.”
