In this month’s Fundraising Discussion Lab we are taking a look at crisis communication. Local communication experts Vintage Foster, Valerie Vaz, and Caitie Nolan from AMP Media Group will discuss best practices during these challenging times and answer questions from you. Valerie Vaz

Val has more than 20 years of experience in digital and traditional media sales, management and marketing. Prior to AMF Val worked with the McClatchy Corporation in various roles within their newspaper markets in Modesto, Fresno and San Luis Obispo. Val is a graduate of Leadership San Luis Obispo Class 25, member of the SLO Chamber Economic Development Committee, serves as a board member with SLO County YMCA and volunteers with Arroyo Grande in Bloom.
Caitie Nolan

Caitie has a decade of experience in creating public relations, internal communications and stakeholder engagement strategies that maximize reputation and brand awareness for clients in the health care, professional services, government and nonprofit industries. She advises clients using a holistic approach that includes media relations, social media, owned content, events and thought leadership opportunities. Caitie serves on the Board of the Armanino Women’s Advancement Network and on the Events Committee for Morning Star Outreach. She was named to PR News’ Rising Stars 30 & Under list in 2017.
