    Lucie M Mordecai, Outstanding Individual Philanthropist

    Lucie Mordecai founded Abbas International Healing Center Inc. in 2017. The center is based on mental health providing medicine, safety, clothes, food, and most importantly love and affection. In her words, “I’m not only their counselor, but also their cheerleader. People with a mental illness are often feared and rejected by society.”
