The AFP Palm Beach County Chapter's mentorship program, which was established earlier this year, today is helping build the next generation of fundraising professionals – emerging leaders - for Palm Beach County. The second 5 month cohort began in September and our paired mentors/mentees are truly enjoying this rewarding opportunity. If you are interested in being a mentor or mentee for the next cohort starting in early 2026, we invite you to complete the appropriate application located below.
Paired mentors and mentees meet at least two times per month for a five month cohort. A recognition event is held at the end of each 5 month cohort; however, we hope that the relationships continue long after formal programs end.
