Greg Bradbard, Chief Executive Officer, IEHP Foundation

Greg Bradbard is an innovative, strategic and community-immersed builder with over 25 years of nonprofit executive leadership experience and a strong commitment to addressing the needs of vulnerable populations and improving conditions for individuals and communities across the Inland Empire.

Greg was appointed IEHP Foundation Chief Executive Officer in February 2024 and is responsible for leading the organization’s day-to-day operations and implementing the funding priorities to increase public policy advocacy, maximize regional funding, and invest directly in local nonprofits and community-based organizations. He also works closely with the Foundation Board of Directors and key leaders at IEHP to help improve health outcomes across San Bernardino and Riverside counties.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Greg served as President of the Hope Through Housing Foundation and Senior Vice President for National CORE for seven years, where he successfully launched numerous programs and initiatives to enhance affordable housing, supportive services and economic empowerment opportunities for low-income individuals and families. Previous roles included serving as CEO for Inland Empire United Way and Executive Director of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Orange County.

Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and social behavior from UC Irvine and a master’s in management from the University of Redlands. He has a long history of community service including roles on the Funders Alliance of San Bernardino and Riverside counties, the Rancho Cucamonga Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, SoCal Policy Forum and has written columns for Southern California News Group and the Foothills Reader section of the LA Times. Greg currently serves on Inland Action, San Bernardino County’s Vision Leadership Council and was appointed by the Governor to the California Volunteers Commission.

Jason Cordova, Senior Program Officer, The James Irvine Foundation

Jason Cordova joined The James Irvine Foundation in 2022 as a Senior Program Officer serving the Better Careers initiative. Jason oversees strategy development and grantmaking focused on supporting community-led and -accountable non-profit organizations across California that provide comprehensive support to quality training and jobs and support long-term economic mobility for Californians who have been failed by multiple systems.

Jason has over ten years of nonprofit experience, focused on inclusive economic, education, and workforce development. He previously served as Vice President of Entrepreneurship and Workforce Development at the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, Vice President at the Inland Empire Economic Partnership, Senior Program Coordinator at Bright Prospect, and Program Manager for the Southern California College Access Network. Jason is a first-generation college graduate from the Inland Empire with a degree in American Studies & Philosophy from Connecticut College.

Danielle Oehlman, Director, Stater Bros. Charities

Driven by her passion for philanthropy, Danielle is dedicated to helping build stronger, more resilient communities throughout Southern California. As the Director of Stater Bros. Charities, the nonprofit for Stater Bros. Markets, Danielle advances community impact through effective nonprofit organization management and corporate philanthropy. She manages the day-to-day operations of Stater Bros. Charities and specializes in grant funding and stewardship, fundraising and development, strategic planning, corporate partnerships, and more. Danielle is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Inland Empire and Inland Women Fighting Cancer committee. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Feeding America of Riverside & San Bernardino Counties.

Kimberly Starrs, MBA, CFRE, Inland SoCal United Way

Kimberly Starrs was named President and CEO of Inland SoCal United Way & 211 in April 2023 after serving in various positions throughout her 18-year tenure in the United Way global network. ISCUW and 211+ serve more than 1 million people each year with more than 50 programs and services focused on housing, basic needs, financial stability, and education. In partnership with the team at ISCUW, she was instrumental in the expansion of the agency from $2.7M in annual revenue to more than $300M raised over 3 years. Born and raised in Palm Springs, she is proud of her mixed Latinx heritage and lives with her partner and two children. She holds a Master of Business Administration and is a CFRE (Certified Fundraising Executive). 

 

She is the Board Chair for the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Inland Empire Chapter, and currently serves as the chair of the Riverside County Non-Profit Roundtable. She was recently appointed to the Riverside County Workforce Development Board and serves on the Riverside Community College District School of Business Advisory Committee. She is a Star Trek fan, loves cats, cows, and corvids, and has dreams of going to culinary school. The driving principle of her life is the belief that every person deserves to lead a comfortable, joyful, and fulfilling life.

Katie Truong, VP & Deputy CRA Officer, Citizens Business Bank

Katie Truong has ten years in banking with half of those years dedicated to the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) field.

Prior to CRA, Katie has had exposure in the lending and operations department.

She joined Citizens Business Bank in January 2024 and oversees the CRA program through its lending, services, and investments.

Lisa Wright, CFRE, President & CEO, Riverside Community Health Foundation

Lisa Wright has recently joined Riverside Community Health Foundation as President & CEO. She has also been a volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County & Inland Empire, having mentored her little from 3rd grade to first-generation college student.  Prior to joining Riverside Community Health Foundation, Lisa served as the Interim President of the IEHP Foundation.

She has a Bachelor of Science in Business / Accounting from the University of Arizona, a Master’s degree from Claremont School of Theology, and completed postgraduate studies in Ethics at Claremont School of Theology. She attained the Certificate in Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) in 2015, and she is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. She routinely speaks at conferences about philanthropy and ethics, faith and philanthropy, nonprofit financial management, and fundraising, and is a new adjunct professor with University of Redlands. In the last year, Lisa was awarded the 2020 Fundraiser of the Year for the Inland Empire (AFP), and 2020 Spirit of the Entrepreneur COVID Hero Award (CSUSB).
