In response to the current conditions, AFP Global is pleased to announce a new membership scholarship program. Research Request

My name is Olukemi (Kemi) Adeoye. I am the President-Elect of the Inland Empire Chapter and I work at UC Riverside as a development professional, and I am also a doctoral candidate at Loma Linda University School of Public Health. I am writing to request your support in sharing a research opportunity with your development team that addresses a critical issue facing our regional nonprofit sector: staff retention.

Our study, titled "Retention Challenges in Philanthropic Organizations: A Mixed-Methods Analysis of Staff and Leadership Perspectives," aims to understand the unique factors that drive turnover among development professionals, specifically within California, to develop evidence-based strategies for workforce stability.
