Kari Hopkins, President
Coyote Hill Christian Children's Home
Development Officer

Kari has spent 9 years as a fundraiser for Coyote Hill Christian Children’s Home. Now serving as the Development Officer, she specializes in planned giving, major gifts, and the Coyote Hill Foundation. In her 9 years at Coyote Hill she’s helped the organization nearly double its service capacity, and expand its budget by 60%. She is passionate about sharing nonprofit stories and the benefits she’s experienced from AFP of Central Missouri.

Jeneva Pace, Vice President

Jeneva has over 20 years’ experience in non-profit sector ranging from alumni relations and  development, governmental lobbying, board relations, budgeting/finance, and program management. Her career spans across non-profit advocacy, private sector lobbying, state government, and higher education. She recently joined William Woods University in their Advancement office as the Coordinator of Alumni Engagement and their Annual Fund.  Prior to coming to William Woods University, she was with the State Historical Society of Missouri (SHSMO) for seven years- six of them, as their Finance and Accounting Manager, receiving her Certification as a Non-Profit Accounting Professional (CNAP). In 2017, she became their advancement officer fundraising for annual and impactful gifts for the organization.  Jeneva is a proud graduate of Stephens College (’93).

Julie Kirchhoff, VP of Membership

Annual Giving Officer

Julie has worked in the non-profit sector for over 17 years, with the past 6 years focused on fundraising. She currently serves as the Annual Giving Officer for the Masonic Home of Missouri in Columbia where she oversees two donor societies, coordinates special events and manages the direct mail program. Julie received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Columbia College in 2000.

Heart of Missouri United Way 

Amy began her philanthropic career in 1996 and has been a CFRE since 2002. She’s worked in a variety of higher education settings and was fortunate to play a part in two successful capital campaigns ($125M and $88M). To further develop her planned giving expertise, she also worked five years as a bank trust officer: advising charitable clients, administering charitable trusts and overseeing $127M in assets. Most recently, she worked with NASPA - Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education as senior director of the NASPA Foundation. A Minnesota native, Amy has a BA in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University (Ohio) and an MBA from Illinois State University.

Catherine Comley Adams, PhD, Past-President

Assistant Executive Director for Advancement

Cat is the chief development officer for the State Historical Society of Missouri. Her 18-year fundraising career spans the sectors of higher education, human services, and zoos & aquariums. In addition to her doctoral research pursuits in philanthropy and strategic fundraising, Cat holds credentials as a master of public affairs in nonprofit management and organizational change (MPA), and international certification as a fundraising executive (CFRE).
