Northwest Ohio AFP Chapter’s Statement on Diversity and Inclusion (IDEA): We believe diversity and inclusion in fundraising is achieved by ensuring we intentionally create a respectful and welcoming environment that is open to all; and, is representative of a broad spectrum of experiences, perspectives, opinions and cultures.
