Our mission is to foster the development and growth of fundraising professionals throughout northwest Ohio and promote high ethical standards in the fundraising profession. We do this by providing outstanding professional development programs, career-growth options, mentoring partnerships, access to resources, and opportunities to network and get involved in our philanthropic community.

This year, the Association of Fundraising Professionals Northwest Ohio Chapter is thrilled to announce a virtual celebration of National Philanthropy Day®.  On Thursday, November 12, 2020 we are leaping into the digital age and honoring the health and well-being of those we care for most by streaming a very special celebration of our 2020 honorees.  This unique, virtual event will offer a special way to celebrate from afar with enhanced digital recognition of this year's honorees.  The Northwest Ohio Chapter is proud to recognize eight organizations/individuals who have made an impact in our communities through philanthropy and working together to "Change the World With a Giving Heart."  This year's award winners are:
  • Outstanding Corporate Philanthropist - QSI Fabrication, Inc.
  • Outstanding Foundation - Oswald Supporting Organization of the Greater Toledo Community Foundation
  • Outstanding Fundraising Professional - Katherine Kreuchauf, CFRE, CAP
  • Outstanding Media Outlet or Best Nonprofit Media Coverage - Buckeye Broadband
  • Outstanding Philanthropist - Joseph & Judith Conda
  • Outstanding Volunteer Fundraiser - Pat & MaryLouise Bowe
  • Outstanding Youth(s) in Philanthropy, Ages 5-17 - Olivia Kesling
  • Outstanding Community Responder (COVID-19 Special Award)- Wendi Huntley, Esq.
