Program Cancellation and No Show Policy
Cancellation by Participant
For cancellations received 2 (two) or more business days prior to an event, workshop, or seminar for which a fee has been paid, a full refund shall be provided to the registrant. No refunds or credits shall be provided for withdrawals made less than 2 (two) business days of an event, workshop, seminar. Participants will be invoiced the full cost for no-shows.
Cancellation by AFP Mahoning / Shenango
AFP Mahoning / Shenango reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If AFP MASH cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, workshop, or seminar, participants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer the registration to the same event at a new, future date.
