    The Great Resignation & How We Can Level Up Our Own Leadership

    Join us at the Arkansas Foodbank to hear Beth Goodrich, Executive Director of the Arkansas Coalition Against Domestic Violence, discuss how leadership styles can improve (or hinder!) staff recruiting and retention.

    Beth Goodrich is the Executive Director of the Arkansas Coalition Against Domestic Violence. She has 17 years of experience working in the field of domestic violence advocacy. In addition to being a former shelter/rape crisis center Executive Director, Ms. Goodrich is also a Specialized Law Enforcement Instructor, and a nationally recognized participant in Project Catalyst, a human trafficking and intimate partner violence project. She is a mother to six amazing children and resides in Conway, Arkansas with her family.
