We must take a comprehensive look at the barriers to professional equity and create resources to help tackle these issues.

IDEA Advisor
IDEA advisor is a tool that AFP Greater Vancouver has developed to support local organizations and non-profit professionals’ access to best practices that promote inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility. You can submit tactical, strategic, or policy questions on inclusive leadership and engaging diverse communities, and our team of volunteers will provide you with qualified responses. All questions submitted are anonymous and you can be confident that the answers you receive will be timely and informative.
