The AFP NL Chapter Annual General Meeting will be held virtually Wednesday June 24, 2020 at 2pm.
Members will be provided with Zoom meeting information closer to the date.
In advance of the Annual General Meeting,
Active members of AFP-NL are eligible to serve on the Board of Directors. Any chapter member may make nominations to the Board. Your participation in this process will help make our Chapter stronger and more responsive to the needs of our members and the province’s non-profit community.
In addition to the traditional Board roles (President, Treasurer, Secretary etc.), all other members are Vice Presidents responsible for specific portfolios, including:
- Professional Development
- Communications and Government Relations
- Special Courses
- Fundraising Day
We have an opening for a Treasurer position, as well as additional members to the Board to assist with the existing portfolios. If there is an area that is of particular interest to you, or you have experience/expertise that you feel would be valuable - please let us know.
A slate of nominees will be presented to vote on at the Annual General Meeting on June 24, 2020.
