Join Gwen Kennedy and a panel of local professionals for a day of skill growth and facilitated problem-solving.
Learn tools to change our mind’s focus to be more productive and happy in our work and lives. Address the Saboteurs, the judging and critical voices in your head that invoke stress, anxiety, self-doubt, frustration, restlessness, and unhappiness. They sabotage your performance, well-being, and relationships. And turn instead to the Sages, the voices that generate positive emotions of curiosity, compassion, joy, creativity, peace, and calm resolve. They help us achieve greater performance and happiness.
Bring your challenges, concerns, and an open mind. Be ready to interact with other participants in a collaborative learning experience; you will learn about yourself through your interactions with others and your reactions to your environment.
