Call for Volunteers
The AFP Florida Caucus is excited to host Planet Philanthropy 2025, and we need your help to make it an unforgettable experience! We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to support various aspects of the conference — from registration and logistics to session support and more. Most shifts are 2-3 hours working alongside professional event staff.
Volunteer Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be a registered attendee, exhibitor, partner, or speaker
- Session monitors must commit to a minimum of 2 sessions
Session Monitor Responsibilities
- Conduct and record headcounts for each session.
- Assist attendees in finding available seats.
- Introduce session speakers using provided bios.
- Assist with Q&A sessions (mic running)
Registration Responsibilities
- Greet attendees and answer general questions about the conference.
- Distribute badges, bags, and other conference materials.
