My career has been spent on the ground in Frederick, MD, leveraging resources from community based organizations to provide direct services and mobilize support to address the needs of youth experiencing homelessness, individuals with dual diagnosis mental health disorders, immigrant and under resourced communities. My broad, adaptable skill set paired with curiosity has led to my interest in understanding and adapting systems intended to serve.
