October is AFP Global’s annual Ethics Awareness Month. AFP-NM will be hosting a Community of Practice session, with Prospera Partners, on October 26th from 12pm to 1pm. This virtual brown bag session will be offered to all current members of the AFP-NM chapter at no cost, and all non-members at $10 per person.
Participants will have the opportunity to discuss the realities of fundraising in alignment with the AFP Code of Ethics, as well as ways in which ethical practice requires greater self-examination and commitment to personal values than may be reflected in industry-wide standards.
