Development Planning: Building a Case for Support and a Roadmap for Fundraising Success

A case for support will help your organization communicate information that donors and funders want and need to know before making a gift. A development plan identifies strategies to achieve your goals and recognizes the resources critical for fundraising success. During this workshop, attendees will learn the purpose for a case for support and where to start, how to leverage it in approaching donors, and identify questions your case for support should answer. Attendees will also learn the importance of and key elements that comprise a development plan, as well as who should be involved in development planning, and steps to create a finalized development plan.
