How to post a job on our website

Interested in posting a position to our website?  

Email a request for an invoice and the job description to  An invoice will be sent to you via PayPal which can be paid by check or credit card.

All job descriptions must be submitted in PDF format. Be sure to include point of contact for the position and use a professional outline. Include how to apply and/or a link to apply.

Aligned with our commitment to gender and racial pay equity, AFP is now requiring salary ranges for all positions posted on the global website and the AFP TX Coastal Bend chapter is strongly recommending the same. Click here to learn more.

All postings are removed from the Career Site 30 days after initial posting.

All jobs will be listed on the AFP TX Coastal Bend Chapter’s job page for 30 days and must be related to the fundraising profession.

Once you have paid for the posting of your position, please send the job description in PDF format to

We will feature the job link on our website through our social media networks (Facebook  and Linkedin) for 1 day during the 30-day period.
