Join us in person at Frost Bank or virtually as Bri & Josh join us virtually for a presentation that will introduce participants to the Appreciative Inquiry (AI) 5D process – (Define), Discover, Dream, Design, and Destiny – as a practical, curiosity-driven approach for strengthening engagement, decision-making, and inclusive philanthropy. Through the “A.I. Garden Plot” activity, attendees explore how gardening metaphors can illuminate what grows well in their professional environments and what new ideas are ready to be planted. The session showcases how structured, intentional dialogue helps teams surface insight, encourage collaboration, and empowers constituents to co-design strategies that feel energizing and achievable. Participants will leave with an adaptable framework they can immediately apply to donor work, team leadership, and organizational change.

This program equips nonprofit professionals with innovative strategies to reposition event sponsorship as a mission-driven partnership rather than a transactional exchange. Participants will explore how to design creative, value-driven sponsorship opportunities that authentically align a sponsor’s brand with organizational purpose and community impact.
