Amarillo Symphony - Development Director
Full-Time. This person is responsible for orchestrating a comprehensive fundraising program that aligns with the Symphony's mission and financial objectives. Collaborating closely with the Executive Director and Symphony Staff, the Development Director will design and implement a robust, multi-faceted fundraising strategy encompassing annual giving, corporate and individual sponsorships, capital campaigns, endowment growth, planned giving initiatives, and engaging fundraising events.

Full-time. This person will advance the School’s culture of philanthropy and deepen engagement among its most generous supporters. Reporting to the Head of School, this position will play a pivotal role in identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding leadership donors in support of the Fund for Excellence, endowment growth, and the upcoming 75th-Anniversary capital campaign.

This person will be responsible for developing systems to establish effective fundraising practices to sustain and grow Opportunity School’s contributed revenue across both individual and organizational donor channels. Duties include researching, stewarding and soliciting funding opportunities, individual donor cultivation, seeking business sponsorships and writing grants.
