Program Overview:
If we learned anything from the last few years, it's that crisis is inevitable - and that the sooner you get back on offense, the sooner you get back to your mission. So how do we set up our non-profits and development shops (no matter what size) to weather crisis and "get back in the game"? Look no further than this workshop! You'll walk away with crisis plan templates and a list of resources that make your department or non-profit ready for whatever unexpected plays life sends your way!
