Mentoring for Members

AFP Brandywine has a long history of mentoring its members – it is a benefit of your membership!

AFP Brandywine Chapter’s Mentoring Program provides individualized guidance and support to assist those newer to the profession, transitioning to new responsibilities, or seeking opportunities to grow their skills. For both mentors and mentees, this is an opportunity to share expertise as well as network with and learn from colleagues.

Many of us have had the enriching experience of working with bosses, board members or colleagues who became mentors. Others wish we had found mentors to support us in both the difficult and exciting times of our careers. Either way, supporting one another in this profession is among the most rewarding experiences we can do for one another.
