About the Presenter

Wes Davis, CAP®, CFRE holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware and a master’s degree from the Monterey Institute of International Studies (now Middlebury). He has worked in the non-profit sector as a fundraiser since 2008, having served as the Director of Development for West End Neighborhood House in Wilmington for the last 11 years. Wes served various terms on the Board of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Brandywine Chapter, including two years as Treasurer from 2017-2019. He currently serves on the Elder Board of Willowdale Chapel, a non-denominational church in Kennett Square, PA; the Education Committee of AFP Brandywine Chapter; and the Finance and Development Committees of Amanecer.

Additionally, Wes has participated in several professional development programs, including the University of Delaware’s Nonprofit Management program (2015) and Leadership Delaware (2019). He also holds several professional certifications, including the Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) and Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®).
