Join us for a panel discussion with three local foundations. Learn best practices for grant submissions and how to set up your organization for success to receive funding. We are excited to have the following foundation staff members on our panel:

Her role and responsibilities have expanded over time, and today she serves as the Sr. Director of Community Investments. She considers herself fortunate to be able to use the insights gleaned from her ten plus years in the nonprofit sector – including serving as fund development staff - to facilitate the design and management of the Foundation’s responsive Grantmaking Program. She has also spent the last 14 years expanding the Foundation’s Capacity Building program, which supports nonprofit learning and growth through the creation & development, identification and delivery of nonprofit management trainings, guidance, and resources.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Georgia State, a Master’s in Public Policy and Administration from Baylor, and a Master of Professional Studies in Community & Economic Development from Penn State (World Campus). She is a graduate of Leadership Texas Women and Stanford’s Black Leaders Program.

Casey Sadler, Rapoport Foundation:

Casey Sadler is a Program Officer at the Bernard & Audre Rapoport Foundation, overseeing grants made to Waco partners, the First Gen Rapoport Scholarship program at McLennan Community College, and the Rapoport Scholars program at the University of Texas at Austin.
