The Central Texas Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP Central Texas) is proud to serve fundraisers in our community, offering members the opportunity to connect with colleagues, engage in creative thinking, network with new friends and achieve great results in their work.

We focus on delivering innovative educational programs and events to help you reach your goals. AFP Central Texas is your link to professional fundraiser networking events and education programs for advanced executives, mid-career professionals and those new to the field. We also offer opportunities for volunteering, host special events like National Philanthropy Day and much more. 

Our chapter is a AFP Global Ten Star Gold Award recipient for accomplishing many of the key objectives outlined in the AFP Global Strategic Plan. This award encourages chapters to perform specific activities designed to increase professionalism within fundraising.

In addition, our chapter was awarded the AFP Global IDEA Champion Award. The IDEA Champion designation recognizes those chapters who have accomplished many of the key objectives outlined in the AFP Global Promote Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access strategic pathway.
