We welcome businesses and foundations to expand their presence within the nonprofit sector through participation as a strategic partner during Planet Philanthropy 2023. More than 300 nonprofit leaders will convene in Orlando, Florida for the three-day conference.

Product and service partners will be able to reach conference participants before, during, and after Planet Philanthropy through recognition in promotional email communications, on the conference website, in the conference program, through social media, and during plenary sessions. As a strategic partner, sponsor, and exhibitor you will have a chance to meet with hundreds of nonprofit leaders looking for solutions to their organization’s challenges – solutions you may be able to provide.

cancellation policy


Exhibitors/Partners

Cancellations – Cancellations must be received in writing by the organizer at planetphilanthropy@scurrystreet.com. If booth space is cancelled on or before March 10, 2023, the organizer retains 50% of all funds received. Cancellations received after March 10, 2023, are not eligible for a refund. Partnerships cancelled on or after January 1, 2023, are non-refundable. Funds are not transferrable to future conference dates.

 

Attendees

Cancellation - Should you need to cancel your registration, please send a notification in writing by email to planetphilanthropy@scurrystreet.com. Cancellations received:

On or before May 1, 2023 -100% refund minus $50 administrative fee
May 2 to May 12, 2023 - 50% refund minus $50 administrative fee
On or after May 13, 2023 - No refunds are available after this date
*Evening Social event tickets are non-refundable
