In this inspiring and interactive session Diane Lloyd will share her Courageous Leadership framework and the 6 key pillars to focus on as you lead your program, donors or team through this unique time in our collective experience.

Speaker: Diane Lloyd

Diane Lloyd is a leadership coach, speaker and facilitator with a superpower for creating safe and inspiring environments that create unguarded conversations and transformational change. After a successful twenty years in the fundraising sector, she founded her company Inspired Results Group with a vision to end the era of command and control leadership, and usher in the age of enlighten and empower through executive coaching and leadership training. Diane has an MA in Leadership and is a PCC level coach with the ICF and is excited to have recently joined the faculty team at Royal Roads University. In addition to her identity as a coach-entrepreneur, she can be found adventuring with her family on Vancouver Island, reading a great book or seeking release on her yoga mat.
