As a valued member of AFP-NJ, you play a critical role in its success. Members like you are responsible for our fantastic educational programming, such as the recent IDEA workshop on recruiting and retaining diverse development staff, the Whitley Lecture on lessons learned from the COVID public health crisis, and even our new chapter newsletter (AFP-NJ Quarterly will promote upcoming events and feature member profiles, case studies, and ways to get involved).
When I first joined AFP-NJ in 2003, I was immediately struck by members’ camaraderie and willingness to share their knowledge and expertise. Nearly 20 years later, that hasn’t changed (even during a global health pandemic!).
