Qualifications

 
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Extensive knowledge of Salesforce database and Classy (or similar CRM and giving platforms).
 
Minimum of two years of fundraising, communications, or relationship management experience.
 
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
 
Creative problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 
Experience producing digital content (emails, short videos, social media posts) is a plus.
 
Comfort engaging with cancer patients and families.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to develop high level proposals

Salary Range

The annual salary range for this position is $140,000 to $170,000, commensurate with experience, and may be adjusted based on geographic cost-of-living differentials.

Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in major gifts fundraising or development; proven record of securing six- and seven-figure gifts; demonstrated ability to build relationships with high-net-worth individuals; experience in healthcare, education, disability services, or related fields is preferred; familiarity with the New York City area philanthropic community; exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; willingness and ability to travel regularly to TCFD’s Sullivan County campuses, as well as to New York City and other locations for donor cultivation and special events.
