Job Description
Caring Contact seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Grant Writer to manage all aspects of the organization’s grant development process, including research, proposal writing, submission, reporting, and documentation.
Responsibilities include:
- Research, prepare, and submit approximately 30 grant proposals and 20 reports annually.
- Conduct ongoing prospect research and evaluate new funding opportunities
- Collaborate with staff as necessary for program development, budgeting, and reporting
- Maintain database of foundations and civic organizations
- Familiarity with Donor Perfect a plus

Salary Range
$40-$50/hour
The position averages 6-8 hours per month, with some variation based on grant deadlines and funding cycles. Work may be completed primarily remotely, with occasional in-office collaboration required.

Prerequisites
