In order to be a champion in promoting gender and racial pay equity in Oklahoma, AFP Oklahoma is following the footsteps of AFP Global. Starting April 1, 2022, AFP Oklahoma will begin leading the way in requiring salary ranges for all new positions posted on the AFP Oklahoma Job Board in effort to increase salary transparency in the nonprofit industry.
