Job postings are free to organizations that employ at least one AFP member.  If the position being filled is due to the departure of an AFP member, then that organization is still considered an Organization with a member. Other organizations will be charged a $100 fee (payable by check or online by credit card).  All postings, regardless of free or paid, will be posted for one month. For questions about posting, please contact Martha Stone, Chapter Administrator.

STATEMENT ON JOB POSTINGS AND SALARY EQUITY

In order to be a champion in promoting gender and racial pay equity in Oklahoma, AFP Oklahoma is following the footsteps of AFP Global. Starting April 1, 2022, AFP Oklahoma will begin leading the way in requiring salary ranges for all new positions posted on the AFP Oklahoma Job Board in effort to increase salary transparency in the nonprofit industry.

We understand this might be a significant change for some organizations, but all of us at AFP Oklahoma strongly believe this is an important shift in increasing equity, inclusion and fairness in the fundraising profession.

For more information on this change, please feel free to contact our IDEA Chair or visit AFP Global.
