Raising Money at the Speed of Trust - Fundraising Ethics, Updated for 2019

When:  Mar 21, 2019 from 09:00 AM to 10:00 PM (ET)
Associated with  AFP PA, Northwestern Chapter

Ethical fundraising is at the forefront of all that we do.  This two-part program on Ethics will include a webinar which you can participate in from the comfort of your desk followed by in-person peer to peer discussions on Ethics.

Webinar on Thursday, March 21 at 9:00 a.m.:  The way nonprofits raise money today is much different than a generation ago. As our society evolves and as technology, mass and social media, and a changing of the fundraising guard impacts our organizations, how can we remain effective stewards of our missions and donors’ trust in us? During this webinar, BrightDot Partner & Senior Performance Mentor Scott Koskoski (an Erie native!) explores this timely topic in a creative, fast-moving way. Participation links will be sent to registered participants prior to the webinar.

Extend your learning the next morning with your fundraising peers at one of two roundtables to continue the conversation around Ethics.  Bring your questions, insights and personal ethical dilemmas to discuss with your colleagues.

Friday, March 22 at 9:00 a.m. at Java Tree Café, 217 Chestnut St., Meadville hosted by AFP member Donna Cessna

Friday, March 22 at 8:30 a.m. at Coffee Culture, 5761 Peach Street, Erie hosted by AFP member Jennifer Farrar
