I co-founded RIC in 2015 because we saw too many incredible nonprofit leaders—especially women and people of color—trying to change the world while juggling fundraising without a development team. We wanted to use our skills to fuel these mighty nonprofits with grant funds while easing the burden on nonprofit leaders.
