As President & CEO of the NTCF, Rose Bradshaw is responsible for leading the Foundation and expanding its role as a community resource through strategic partnerships. She works collaboratively with a broad spectrum of stakeholders as a convener on issues and challenges facing the North Texas region.
Rose works with the Foundation’s board of directors to implement NTCF’s strategic plan, ensure asset growth and steward charitable funds for individuals, families, businesses and private foundations.
Over the course of her career Rose has been honored to work with philanthropists, foundations, corporations and nonprofits in North Texas, San Francisco, New York and Chicago to strengthen local communities.
Margaret Kramer provides trusted counsel to our region’s charitably-inclined individuals and families, helping them design effective strategies for lifetime and legacy giving. Margaret inspires donors to engage with the Foundation, while also overseeing communications and events strategies.
Margaret comes to the Foundation from Trinity Valley School where she oversaw all fundraising initiatives, communications, marketing and community outreach. Prior to TVS, Kramer operated her own marketing consulting firm where she worked with such clients as Stockyards Station, Hickman Investments and Lincoln Property Company. Margaret is a graduate of the University of Texas and is actively involved in the community, having served on numerous nonprofit boards.
