Program Title:
Blended Gifts: Serving Our Donors

It seems like everyone's talking about blended gifts, and for good reason: melding our donor's financial interests with just the right mix of gift plans will increase affinity, make current major and principal gifts larger, and lead to in truly transformational gifts.

This session will begin with a quick overview of some readily accessible gift planning tools and present several real-life applications with an emphasis on practical.

It might seem uncomfortable at first, but this is about our donor's legacy and we honor their life's work when we open these discussions.  So get comfortable with the uncomfortable ... it's our job and our donors deserve it.

**Plus a Bonus Morning Session at 10:15am!**
The Gift Planning Talk: Cat Got Your Tongue?

Gift planning, taxes, trusts, and finances.  It can be so daunting.  And what if they ask questions you can't answer?  Besides, there's no point in complicating matters, right?

Wrong!  Gift planning leads to more and bigger gifts and serves our donors better.  In this fast-paced session we'll take a brisk walk through the basics you need to know.  No readings from the tax code and no advanced math, just practical examples that will give you the confidence to engage your donors.
