Michelle M. Boillotat, CFRE | Texas Woman's Foundation

Michele Boillotat has more than thirty years of professional experience in engaging constituents and fundraising with non-profit organizations and higher education institutions. She returned to higher ed as the Vice President for Advancement at Texas Wesleyan University in May 2024 after serving as the Vice President of Development at the Texas Women's Foundation for a brief time. Beginning in early 2019, she collaborated with her colleagues to enhance and expand annual giving, corporate and foundation giving, and gift planning programs as Assistant Vice President of Development at the University of Texas at Arlington for four and a half years.

Michele previously served as Executive Director of Women's Philanthropy at the Indiana University Foundation, where she managed the Women's Philanthropy program in partnership with the First Lady of IU and members of the Women's Philanthropy Leadership Council.

Prior to joining IU, Michele was the Director of the Rice Annual Fund at Rice University, where she became a Certified Fund Raising Executive in 2013. Before that, she worked as Associate Director for the Dartmouth College Fund in New Hampshire for almost a decade. Additionally, she served as the Executive Director for the Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation.

Michele began her career as Director for Chapter Services for Alpha Gamma Delta Women's Fraternity in Indianapolis, IN, and worked as a consultant while pursuing her master's degree in higher education and student affairs at The Ohio State University. She earned her bachelor's degree in mathematics from Duquesne University.

Michele is an active volunteer in her local community and serves as the chairperson of the Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce Women's Alliance. She is a graduate of Leadership Arlington and actively supports Women Inspiring Philanthropy and other organizations that have a personal connection to her. Along with her husband Mark, Michele volunteers with the Rhodesian Ridgeback Rescue of the United States, rescuing and fostering Ridgebacks. Michele is also the proud stepmom of Emma and soon-to-be son-in-law Javier Sanchez (Denver, CO), Jenna and son-in-law Josh Upson (Stowe, VT), and Jack (Charlotte, NC).

Dr. Dhriti P. Stocks serves as Chief Development Officer for Big Thought, an organization dedicated to catalyzing the creativity in young people. Big Thought envisions a world where all youth in marginalized communities are equipped to imagine and create their best lives and a better world. In her role, Dhriti is responsible for overseeing the fundraising strategy for the organization, and with a spectacular team of professionals, ensures Big Thought has the resources and builds the awareness it needs to power its mission.

Dhriti has spent the majority of her professional career in nonprofit fundraising in a variety of roles at respected community organizations like Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas, the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Children’s Medical Center Foundation, and Junior Achievement of Dallas. She began her nonprofit career as an AmeriCorps member serving with VolunteerNow.

Dhriti has spent the last 20+ years in the Dallas area, following a move from Sydney, Australia, and is a proud graduate of Austin College and earned her Ph.D. in Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Dallas. She earned a 2023 Teaching Award in the School of Economic, Political and Policy Sciences and is proud to help cultivate the next generation of nonprofit leaders at UT Dallas. She has also earned her CFRE designation, demonstrating her knowledge and commitment to the field of fundraising and philanthropy. Dhriti is a member of Class 4 of the CCC Leadership program for women nonprofit leaders and a graduate of the Communities Foundation of Texas Emerging Leaders in Philanthropy.
