AFP Miami Mentorship Program
The AFP Miami Chapter mentorship program is now open to any fundraising professional in Miami-Dade County. You DO NOT have to be a member of AFP to participate in this Mentorship program.
Our Mentorship program aims to foster professional growth, development, and collaboration among individuals in the fundraising community. Participants will have the opportunity to connect with experienced mentors who can provide guidance, share valuable insights, and help navigate the challenges of the field. Through one-on-one sessions, workshops, and networking events, the program seeks to empower professionals to enhance their skills, build meaningful relationships, and ultimately, make a greater impact in their organizations and the community. This mentorship program offers a supportive environment to help you achieve your goals.

Mentor Program Summary
Are you new to AFP and/or the fund development profession? AFP Miami invites you to sign up for a local mentor!
What to Expect from a Mentor:
- The mentor will keep the mentee informed of upcoming AFP functions.
- The mentor and mentee will meet on a monthly basis (virtually or in-person) to review and discuss goals, trending topics, and other ways to advance the nonprofit career.
