AFP Yosemite Chapter Members at AFP ICON in Toronto April 2024

Chapter Members who attended AFP ICON will share their key takeaways and highlights of AFP's premier International Conference.

AFP ICON is the world’s No. 1 fundraising conference, attracting more than 3,000 fundraising professionals each year. Five AFP Yosemite Chapter members were able to attend in Toronto in April for an unparalleled combination of fundraising training—with more than 100 education sessions to choose from, endless networking opportunities and an unforgettable experience over three days. Four local members will share their experience with those of us who weren't able to go, bringing what they learned back to the group.

We are excited to welcome Gina Machado, Deputy Executive Director at Center for Human Services and AFPY Chapter President; Courtney Morse,  Marketing and Communications Manager at Center for Human Services and AFPY President Elect;  Michelle Jasper, Director of Development & Communication at LearningQuest - Stanislaus Literacy Centers; and Monica Yu, Chief Development Officer at California Rural Legal Assistance, Inc.
These knowledgeable and talented women have varied interests and strengths. Their expertise in Marketing, Communications, Development and Leadership means they will present a variety of topics that are meaningful to each of them in their careers.
