Q&A

  • What do you tell people you do when asked?
    • I help families fight poverty.
  • I am passionate about fundraising because….
    • It’s wonderful to experience the innate sense people have to care for one another up close and personal. Having the opportunity to match donors with community needs creates a win-win-win situation for the donor, my agency and me. The more you get to know donors, the deeper the relationships can grow and everything else flows from a mutually beneficial perspective.

    • A Time for Mercy, John Grisham.
  • What’s one item you can’t live without?
    • My late wife’s wedding ring. I lost her in 2021, and it reminds of the precious time shared together.
  • If you were a hashtag what would you be?
