Queen’s University is seeking a high performing and experienced professional in the area of major gift development to fill the newly established role of Executive Director, Principal Gifts. September 10, 2019 Fund Development Manager
Kingston Interval House, a feminist organization, provides emergency shelter, Second Stage Housing, and community counselling services to abused women and their children, and youth. K.I.H. is seeking female applicants for the position of Fund Development Manager.

The Fund Development Manager is responsible to the Executive Director to manage, develop and grow the fundraising program with innovative ideas and creative additions. Will work as a leadership team member to raise awareness of Kingston Interval House’s efforts to support women and their children, and youth fleeing violence. Will work to maximize opportunities for fundraising and deepen donor engagement and investment. In addition to building and stewarding philanthropic relationships, will manage a team of fundraising volunteers and provide oversight for all fundraising initiatives and campaigns related to Kingston Interval House (KIH).

Reporting jointly to the President & CEO of Mackenzie Health, and the Board of the Foundation, the President & CEO will partner closely with the Mackenzie Health Senior Leadership Team, Foundation Board and staff, and the Campaign Cabinet to ensure successful completion of our landmark $250 million campaign for the new Mackenzie Vaughan Hospital, and transition to elevated and sustainable post-campaign fundraising.

The United Way Greater Toronto seeking a Chief Philanthropy Officer (CPO) to lead the strategy, team, and relationships that will drive capacity, growth and transformational impact, and help to evolve our fundraising campaigns. The CPO will have primary responsibility for long-term fundraising strategy and oversight of all individual and corporate giving, including transformational investments, major gifts, planned gifts, national corporate programs, events, stewardship and workplace campaigns, as well as our endowment, The Tomorrow Fund.
