IDEA Cohort

The IDEA Cohort is designed to provide a growth opportunity for those doing fundraising work (paid or volunteer) in our community and who are committed to IDEA principles. The first year of the Cohort, launched in summer 2022, served 5 people.

The 2026 Cohort will serve up to 6 people. First year members receive an AFP membership and access to all AFP South Sound programs at no cost, in addition to other benefits, outlined below.

Want to learn more about the IDEA Cohort? Plan to attend an info session in September, hosted by the IDEA Committee. The meeting will be recorded and shared with those who can’t attend in person. Information about the 2027 Cohort, and the application form, will be available later this year.
