Speaker: Emily Money - Director of Development, University of Arkansas. Emily Money is a director of development for the University of Arkansas who focuses on fundraising and alumni relations in the central Arkansas region. She has more than ten years of experience with a range of development work including major gifts, annual gifts, capital campaigns, events, volunteer management, marketing, and proposal writing. Emily has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Arkansas and lives in Conway with her husband, Shannon, and their two children.

Marta Collier-Youngblood, Grants and Business Development Consultant, co-founded Youngblood and Associates, LLC in 2011 in response to requests from small non-profit organizations and small business startups for short term assistance with grant writing, business solutions and program evaluation assessment. Marta has significant experience with research and grants development, educational outreach and diversity program building, and administration of innovative multi-institutional, cross-disciplinary economic and workforce capacity building initiatives.

Jensyn is director of philanthropy at Heifer International, where she leads the local relations strategy, building partnerships around philanthropy and impact investing. Prior to joining Heifer in 2014, she led a team in seeking funding for and building community benefit programs with Catholic Charities in Northern California.
Stephanie Matthews is an operations and strategic communications consultant based in Little Rock, AR. She also serves as the campaign director for Save10, a movement to empower and equip Arkansas women to save for their future selves.
Previously, Stephanie was the vice president of communications for a fintech company, served as director of the Bank On AR+ initiative for the Asset Funders Network, and led communications for a national trade association in Washington, D.C. Stephanie is passionate about personal finance and helping women achieve their goals.
