Lee Dugger is the Managing Director of Development at the Clinton Foundation, a global operating foundation established by President Bill Clinton. As a member of the Foundation’s leadership team, she provides strategic advice and oversees the Foundation’s fundraising strategy.
She has more than 15 years of experience in cultivating donor relationships and securing financial resources for non-profit organizations, political campaigns, and candidates. Notable roles include National Finance Director of the Women’s Leadership Forum at the Democratic National Committee, New York Deputy Finance Director for President Obama’s 2008 campaign, and New York Director of the New Democrat Network. Before pursuing a career in fundraising, Lee was the Director of Outreach for Medley Advisors, a leading macro policy advisory serving the world’s top hedge funds, banks and institutional investors.
