Nikki joined The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida in 2022 as Director of the Women's Giving Alliance (WGA). Nikki manages WGA's day-to-day operations and oversees all aspects and phases of its grantmaking process. She is passionate about fundraising, philanthropy and community engagement, and loves helping others. Prior to joining The Community Foundation, she served as director of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Nikki holds a bachelor’s degree in communication, with a concentration in public relations, from the University of North Florida.
