RIVERSIDE THEATRE: Riverside Theatre, Inc., is seeking a Campaign Coordinator to support the organization’s active capital campaign and broader development efforts. This on-site position in Vero Beach, FL, provides essential coordination support for campaign operations, including scheduling and logistics, donor and volunteer communications, meeting preparation, and campaign-related events. The Campaign Coordinator works closely with the Director of Philanthropy, campaign leadership, and consultants to assist with gift processing and acknowledgements, maintain accurate records, prepare materials, and support prospect research and follow-up. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in nonprofit fundraising or campaign support is preferred. VERO BEACH ROWING (VBR): Vero Beach Rowing is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit corporation founded in 2006. VBR hosts a vibrant youth rowing program with recorded competitive successes at the state, regional, and national levels. VBR reaches out to our community to attract youth and adult rowers from disadvantaged segments and partners with numerous other community non-profits to bring rowing opportunities to as many individuals as possible; youth can participate regardless of their financial ability to pay. The Director of Development (DoD) will grow revenue by cultivating key donor relationships, fundraising events, and increasing engagement between donors and the organization. The successful candidate will lead all aspects of the fundraising cycle, including corporate engagement, major gifts, community funding agencies, grants administration, individual giving, events, annual initiatives, and external communications. The DoD will manage VBR's financial operations, including short- and long-term budgets, and coordinate the efforts of employees, financial firms, and volunteers, as applicable.
