The Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), which represents more than 27,000 members in 240 chapters throughout the world, advances philanthropy through advocacy, research, education, and certification programs. Founded in 1984, the Central New York Chapter of AFP (AFP-CNY), is an individual member association that advances philanthropy through education, training, and advocacy across the Central New York region. AFP CNY serves Cayuga, Chenango, Cortland, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oswego, Oneida, Onondaga, and St. Lawrence counties. Please contact us for more information.

    We are currently hiring a part-time Chapter Administrator at AFP-CNY! The Chapter Administrator is a key leadership position supporting the chapter's operations.

  • Registration Deadline Extended!

    The registration deadline for AFP-CNY's Annual Fundraising Day Conference has been extended to April 19! 

    The theme of this year's conference is Diversity in Fundraising. We are excited to offer a day of professional development and networking. The conference will wrap up with a meet and mingle joined by a Zoo Ambassador.
